BREATHING TOWER

: SHIFTING SYMBIOSIS

This residential tower attempts to test, within a compact, dry urban life setting, how architecture could create a symbiotic environment between the neighbours, between the building and the environment as well. And in attempt to do so, it also asks how the users could play the role of mediator in order to achieve this mutualism.

Given the rapid changes and ongoing in our social structures and environmental demands, interactive architecture has a great potential in offering alternative architectural models to the current ones. This tower brings a symbiotic life between users, community, and public using its transformable skin.
