Located in the heart of CBD (Central Business District) Melbourne, the 54 storey-high building will accommodate 148 apartments and 196 guest suites operated by Mandarin Oriental, along with their luxurious facilities including swimming pool, meeting room, lounges, spa, and gym for the residents and the guests. Each of the stacked vase volumes houses a different programmatic element; the top volume with residences, the two middle volumes with guest rooms, and the lower volume as the podium with commercial programs.
